Issued c.1940 by Georges Tseppas who had an upmarket « patisserie » on Rue Fourvel In Cairo. The Tseppas were apparently a fairly large Greek-Egyptian Family. Tseppas place was a meeting place for Allied officers, it was also part of a hotel requisitioned by British Army as a residence for junior officers.
